Razlika je u na\u010dinu na koji razmi\u0161ljamo, kako razgovaramo sa sobom i kako obra\u0111ujemo ono \u0161to nam se de\u0161ava.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu dolazi NLP.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0160ta je NLP (i za\u0161to je druga\u010diji od svega \u0161to si do sada probao\/la)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neuro-lingvisti\u010dko programiranje (NLP) se bavi vezom izme\u0111u:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>na\u010dina na koji razmi\u0161lja\u0161 (neuro)<\/li>\n\n<li>na\u010dina na koji komunicira\u0161 \u2013 sa sobom i drugima (lingvisti\u010dko)<\/li>\n\n<li>obrazaca koje svakodnevno ponavlja\u0161 (programiranje)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ti obrasci odre\u0111uju kako se osje\u0107a\u0161, kako reaguje\u0161 i kakve rezultate ima\u0161.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I najva\u017enije:\u00a0<strong>nisu trajni. Mogu se promijeniti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to neki ljudi uspijevaju, a drugi ostaju \u201czaglavljenI\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uspje\u0161ni ljudi nisu nu\u017eno pametniji ili talentovaniji.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oni:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>razmi\u0161ljaju na na\u010din koji ih pokre\u0107e<\/li>\n\n<li>fokusiraju se na rje\u0161enja<\/li>\n\n<li>upravljaju svojim stanjem<\/li>\n\n<li>donose odluke i djeluju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok ve\u0107ina ljudi:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vodi unutra\u0161nji negativan dijalog<\/li>\n\n<li>previ\u0161e analizira<\/li>\n\n<li>sumnja u sebe<\/li>\n\n<li>odga\u0111a odluke<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0NLP daje konkretne alate da se ovo promijeni \u2013 ne teorijski, nego u praksi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3 NLP koraka koji prave razliku (ako ih ZAISTA primijeni\u0161)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovdje ve\u0107ina ljudi pogrije\u0161i \u2013 pro\u010dita i ne uradi ni\u0161ta.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato uradi ovo odmah kada sljede\u0107i put osjeti\u0161 stres:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Regulacija stanja (brzi reset)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tvoje stanje odre\u0111uje tvoje odluke.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probaj:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Udah 4 sekunde<\/li>\n\n<li>Zadr\u017ei 2<\/li>\n\n<li>Izdah 6<\/li>\n\n<li>Ponovi 3 puta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za manje od minute, tvoj sistem se smiruje i vra\u0107a fokus.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Prekini unutra\u0161njeg kriti\u010dara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onaj glas koji ka\u017ee:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cNisi dovoljno dobar\u201d<\/li>\n\n<li>\u201c\u0160ta ako pogrije\u0161i\u0161?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne mora\u0161 ga \u201cugasiti\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Promijeni kako ga do\u017eivljava\u0161:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>smanji \u201cglasno\u0107u\u201d tog glasa u glavi<\/li>\n\n<li>zamijeni ga mirnijim, podr\u017eavaju\u0107im tonom<\/li>\n\n<li>ili ga u\u010dini smije\u0161nim<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada promijeni\u0161 do\u017eivljaj \u2013 smanjuje se njegov uticaj.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Fokus na rje\u0161enje (ne na problem)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi pita:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cZa\u0161to sam ovakav?\u201d<\/li>\n\n<li>\u201c\u0160ta nije u redu sa mnom?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To te dr\u017ei u problemu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Umjesto toga pitaj:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0160ta \u017eelim umjesto ovoga?<\/li>\n\n<li>Kako \u017eelim da se osje\u0107am?<\/li>\n\n<li>Koji je prvi mali korak?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo prebacuje mozak iz blokade u akciju.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Istina koju ve\u0107ina ne \u017eeli da \u010duje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107 zna\u0161 dosta ovoga.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Ako ne primijeni\u0161 u trenutku kada ti treba \u2013 ni\u0161ta se ne mijenja.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanje bez akcije = isti rezultat<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Promijeni stanje \u2013 mijenja\u0161 \u017eivot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od najva\u017enijih NLP ideja je:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nisi \u201cpokvaren\/a\u201d\u2026 samo si u stanju koje ti ne poma\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada promijeni\u0161 stanje:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>razmi\u0161lja\u0161 jasnije<\/li>\n\n<li>donosi\u0161 bolje odluke<\/li>\n\n<li>reaguje\u0161 druga\u010dije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tada se mijenjaju rezultati<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za kraj \u2013 jedno pitanje koje mijenja sve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zastani na trenutak i pitaj se:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160ta zaista \u017eelim \u2013 i koji je prvi mali korak koji
